My case number is wrong. What am I supposed to do?

Do you get an error message when you enter your reference case number? This may be due to the following reasons:
• You have mistyped your reference case number. First of all, please check whether you have entered your reference case number correctly.
• The case is closed. We´ll delete the information from the portal according to GDPR regulations.
